摘要

追溯郑魁山教授创新针法"热补"法与"凉泻"法的渊源

将其与烧山火、透天凉术式对比剖析

探讨其创新点与临床应用优势。郑氏"热补""凉泻"针法源于"烧山火""透天凉"针法

其术式由捻针补泻、提插补泻、三五助补助泻与开阖补泻等单式补泻手法组成

其中捻针补泻和三五助补助泻法为郑氏首倡

也是郑氏针法特色之一。"热补""凉泻"针法操作术式较"烧山火""透天凉"针法简易

扩大了临床应用范围

又不失"烧山火""透天凉"针法之功效。
