摘要

中医古代文献记载一直重视押手的重要作用

押手在针刺过程中的作用是刺手不可取代的。押手揣摸、按压手法有助于腧穴的准确定位;弹努手法能激发经气、促使得气;爪切手法可以最大限度地避免或减轻进针时的疼痛;循摄和按压手法的配合应用能诱导气至病所。本文着重介绍押手的作用

目的在于提示临床医生重视押手在针刺过程中的运用。
