摘要

目的:探讨艾燃烧生成物(即艾烟)的抗衰老作用及其适宜干预参数。方法:采用析因设计

将70只快速老化小鼠(SAMP8)随机分为模型组(M组)和6个艾烟干预组:低浓度15min组(A1组)、低浓度30min组(A2组)、中浓度15min组(B1组)、中浓度30min组(B2)、高浓度15min组(C1组)、高浓度30min组(C2组)

每组10只;10只正常老化小鼠(SAMR1)为正常组(Z组)。6个艾烟干预组分别用相应浓度和时间的艾烟进行熏灸。观察小鼠血清丙二醛(MDA)含量

超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性的变化。结果:模型组MDA的含量高于正常组(P<0.05)

SOD和GSH-Px的活性则低于正常组(均P<0.05);艾烟干预各组各项指标或与模型组相当

或优于模型组。MDA含量和GSH-Px活性以B1组为优

SOD活性以B2组为优。时间因素无意义

浓度因素有意义

两因素对SOD和GSH-Px的影响存在交互作用。结论:一定浓度和时间的艾烟可通过提高机体抗氧化能力、减少自由基代谢产物而起到显著的抗衰老作用。艾烟干预以中浓度30min为宜。
