探讨现代针灸专业人才应具备的知识结构体系。从高等教育课程设置、名医成才规律、针灸学科发展特点多角度综合分析现代针灸专业人才培养的现状

针对不足提出建议。结果表明现代针灸专业人才所应具备的合理的知识结构体系应包括建立良好的中医思维

掌握完整的中医治疗方法

具备跟进本学科动态发展的能力。为促进现代针灸专业人才具备合理的知识结构体系

进行课程设计改革势在必行。
