摘要

传统的针刺疗法治疗头面部痛证有着较好的疗效

如对三叉神经痛、枕神经痛、偏头痛、牙痛等

都有着良好的止痛效果。近年来笔者发现

采用指趾端刺合巨刺法治疗头面部痛证与传统的针刺疗法相比

临证收效更为快捷

操作亦更为简便。所谓指趾端刺合巨刺法

是指取患侧的相应经脉循行的指趾端(相当指、趾目处)进行针刺

结合针刺健侧相应输
