摘要

比较阿是穴和扳机点后提出扳机点可视为阿是穴的现代医学解释

并进一步探讨扳机点理论和实践对阿是穴的病理特异性、定位、干预方法的启示:阿是穴可能是中央扳机点

其病理为退变挛缩的肌小节;阿是穴不一定在疼痛野

疼痛识别有助于其立体定位;阿是穴和扳机点可以互相借鉴干预方法。这是一个理解阿是穴的新视角

对发掘、提升其理论与实践具有一定意义。
