摘要

对2000—2011年间国内外针刺治疗原发性痛经临床研究的评价指标进行分析

发现国内文献中评价指标侧重于症状、体征的改善

缺少客观的评价方法;国外文献则普遍采用各种量表作为评价指标

同时注重对患者生活质量、日常生活能力的评价。建议国内研究者应根据研究目的

将普适性指标与疾病特异性指标相结合

从而更全面地评价针刺治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。
