摘要

目的:比较长强穴药线植入与吲哚美辛栓治疗痔术后疼痛的疗效差异。方法:将80例患者随机分为药线埋植组和吲哚美辛组

每组40例。药线埋植组采用术后长强穴药线植入治疗

吲哚美辛组用吲哚美辛栓纳肛治疗。采用疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)评估术后6、12、24、72h的疼痛程度

术后第1～3天24h内最大VAS评分(T24maxVAS)

观察对其他止痛药物的需求量及不良反应发生情况。结果:药线埋植组治疗后6、12、24、72hVAS评分均明显低于吲哚美辛组(均P<0.05);药线埋植组术后第1～3天

T24maxVAS评分明显低于吲哚美辛组(均P<0.05);药线埋植组6例患者合并使用非甾体类抗炎药

吲哚美辛组14例合并使用非甾体类抗炎药;药线埋植组总有效率为87.5%(35/40)

明显优于吲哚美辛组的62.5%(25/40)

组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。药线埋植组无明显不良反应发生

吲哚美辛组有11例出现头痛、头晕、恶心、呕吐、胸闷、心慌等不良反应。结论:长强穴药线植入法治疗痔术后疼痛疗效确切

能减少止痛药物的使用

不良反应少

止痛效果优于吲哚美辛栓。
