摘要

胸、腰源性腹痛是指由胸、腰部疾病引起的腹痛。临床上胸、腰源性腹痛并非少见

其原因主要是由于胸部或腰部软组织损伤或脊神经根受刺激而引起

由于部分患者就诊时以腹痛为主要临床表现

背腰部病痛被忽视

所以常常被误诊为腹部器官疾病。笔者在近10余年针灸临床工作中诊治此类患者17例
