摘要

目的:通过对功能性核磁共振成像(fMRI)技术下针刺神门穴和大陵穴激活不同脑功能区的观察

探讨两穴效应的相对特异性。方法:纳入右利手健康志愿者10例

分别针刺受试者的右侧神门和大陵穴

在fMRI下采用组块刺激模式进行扫描

所获得数据通过Matlab软件SPM5模块分析

观察两穴的脑激活区。结果:针刺神门穴主要激活的brodmann分区为:左侧BA10、BA13、BA47、BA22;右侧BA40、BA44。针刺大陵穴主要激活的brodmann分区为:左侧BA46、BA47、BA22、BA10、BA45;右侧BA44、BA9、BA6、BA40。结论:针刺神门穴与大陵穴激活的脑功能区不完全相同

两穴共同激活区为语言、认知功能等相关区域;神门穴特异激活情绪控制等区域

大陵穴特异激活自主神经功能支配等区域

两穴针刺效应各具特异性。
