摘要

患者

女

52岁

于2010年3月16日就诊。病史:12岁时右小腿前出一豆大扁平浅褐色丘疹

稍有痒感

抓破后逐渐蔓延

瘙痒渐重。3年后右臂肘前亦出一同样丘疹

10年后即弥漫全身

瘙痒随之加重。经多家医院治疗无效

遂来就诊。症见:全身、头面密布圆形、椭圆形、不规则形大小不等之扁平深红、黑褐色丘疹

肌肤粗涩硬厚

抚摸刺手;后发际有大小不等尖白、根红之丘疹集结

搔抓时有粘性
