摘要

介绍张仁主任医师"疏肝活血"针刺法治疗青光眼的经验。该法主要适用于原发性开角型青光眼

以对正常眼压(低眼压性)青光眼疗效最佳。其基本方:目窗、太阳、风池、行间、新明1、上睛明、承泣、上天柱等

并配合辅助方法:穴位注射、耳穴贴压及皮肤针叩刺

可显著改善患者眼部症状

并在一定程度上恢复视野。对其操作方法及体会做了详细阐述并列举典型病例。
