通过查阅中英文主要数据库

发现针灸临床研究报道中未见专题报道研究者或受试者依从性的论文。基于此

笔者提出:①通过合理、规范、严谨的研究设计

以及健全、严格的筛选、监督与检查机制

实现各研究者分工合作、各尽其责

从而保障研究者依从性;②通过让受试者充分知情

改善就医环境

构建良好的医患关系

从而保障受试者依从性

最终达到提高临床研究依从性的目的

进而提高临床研究的质量

保障针灸临床研究结果的可靠性。
