摘要

目的:观测针刺鸠尾穴的安全角度与深度

为临床安全针刺该穴提供参考数据。方法:选取健康成年男女各10名

运用MRI对鸠尾穴进行扫描获得图像

得出安全角度和安全深度并与身高、体质量、体质量指数(BMI)、乳间距和拇指同身寸进行相关性分析。结果:水平向右和向左针刺的最小危险角度男女之间无差异;以选定的测量角度针刺时的危险深度男女之间无差异;各个方向针刺的安全深度:直刺为(16.99±2.86)mm

向下45°为(22.72±5.35)mm

向上45°为(24.61±2.92)mm

向下15°为(53.47±5.72)mm

向上15°为(25.76±2.61)mm

向右45°为(24.89±4.34)mm

向左45°为(21.79±3.84)mm

向右以最小危险角度针刺为(51.19±2.69)mm

向左以最小危险角度针刺为(51.86±2.59)mm;水平向右和向左针刺的最小危险角度

直刺、向下45°、向右45°和向左45°以及向右和向左以最小危险角度针刺的危险深度与BMI存在相关性;直刺、向下45°和向下15°针刺的危险深度与体质量存在相关性。结论:水平向右和向左针刺时需依据BMI确定最小危险角度;以选定的测量角度针刺时不需区分性别选择针刺深度;直刺、向下45°和向下15°针刺时应参考体质量选择针刺深度;直刺、向下45°、向右和向左45°、向右和向左以最小危险角度针刺时应参考BMI选择针刺深度。
