摘要

目的:评价电针3种不同波型(连续波、疏密波、断续波)对周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法:将129例Bell面瘫患者随机分为连续波组(45例)、疏密波组(40例)、断续波组(44例)

穴取地仓、颊车、阳白、太阳、下关、合谷等

分别行相应频率的电针治疗。于入组当天

治疗第1、2、3、4疗程后以及治疗结束后1个月、3个月随访中各进行House-Brackmann(H-B)量表评定。结果:连续波组、疏密波组、断续波组的痊愈率分别为68.9%(31/45)、60.0%(24/40)、65.9%(29/44)

经秩和检验

组间疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:电针治疗周围性面瘫具有显著的临床疗效

各波型组间疗效比较未见显著差异

说明电针治疗本病的临床疗效与波型无显著的关联。
