摘要

探讨周围性面瘫(以下简称面瘫)针灸治疗量控制规律:①面瘫早期:穴定量恒

治疗取穴宜少、疗法宜简、针灸治疗量宜小且基本恒定;②面瘫中期:穴增量增

治疗取穴渐增、疗法渐增、针灸治疗量渐增并在一定时间段内达到峰值且维持峰值时间恰当;③面瘫后期:穴增量减

治疗取穴继增、疗法渐减、针灸治疗量渐减并在一定时间段内达到"谷点";④面瘫后遗症期:穴变量微

治疗取穴以症显局部为主、疗法宜单一、针灸治疗量宜微小。认为遵循面瘫临证治疗量控制规律方可获得最佳疗效。
