摘要

目的:比较超微针刀反阿是穴疗法与常规针灸疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效差异。方法:将60例患者随机分为超微针刀组、常规针灸组

每组30例。超微针刀组在按压后疼痛缓解或消失的反阿是穴行超微针刀治疗

每周1次

治疗1个月;常规针灸组穴取犊鼻、内膝眼、足三里、阳陵泉等穴行常规针灸治疗

每天1次

治疗1个月。观察两组治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分(Visual Analogue Scale

VAS)、Lysholm膝关节评分、患膝关节屈曲度数

并比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗后两组VAS疼痛评分、Lysholm膝关节评分、患膝关节屈曲度数均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.01

P<0.05)

且超微针刀组明显优于常规针灸组(均P<0.05);超微针刀组总有效率为80.0%(24/30)

常规针灸组为60.0%(18/30)

超微针刀组疗效优于常规针灸组(P<0.05)。结论:超微针刀反阿是穴疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎临床疗效优于常规针灸疗法

可有效缓解疼痛

改善膝关节活动度

且简单易行

治疗次数少。
