摘要

目的:基于肺与大肠相表里的理论

从经络学角度

通过针刺肺经和大肠经经穴

观察针刺治疗对支气管哮喘患者生命质量的改善情况。方法:采用随机数字表方法

将符合纳入标准的52例支气管哮喘慢性持续期中度患者按1∶1∶1∶1的比例分入肺经穴组、大肠经穴组、肺大肠经穴组、对照组

每组13例。对照组按需吸入万托林

1喷/次

≤4次/天

疗程为12周。前3组在对照组治疗基础上加用针刺治疗

肺经穴组穴取尺泽、孔最、列缺等

大肠经穴组穴取曲池、合谷、天枢等

肺大肠经穴组穴取尺泽、孔最、列缺、曲池、合谷等

隔日针刺1次

每周3次

治疗12次为一疗程

共3个疗程(12周)。采用支气管哮喘生命质量调查问卷(AQLQ)于治疗前后评定总分及活动受限、环境刺激、情感、症状4能区

并判定疗效。结果:同组治疗前后比较

肺经穴组及肺大肠经穴组的AQLQ总分、情感能区、症状能区分值均显著升高(P<0.05

P<0.01)

且肺大肠经穴组提高了环境刺激能区积分(P<0.05);大肠经穴组AQLQ总分及活动受限能区分值升高明显(均P<0.05)。组间比较:与对照组相比

肺经穴组、肺大肠经穴组AQLQ总分及症状能区有明显改善(P<0.05

P<0.01);肺大肠经穴组、大肠经穴组情感能区明显升高(均P<0.01);肺大肠经穴组的环境能区明显升高(P<0.05)。与大肠经穴组相比

肺大肠经穴组对症状能区的改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论:从肺肠论治针刺对支气管哮喘患者生命质量的改善作用更明显。
