摘要

应用中国知识资源总库检索近20年来关于针刺对胃肠运动调节作用的相关文献

整理针刺对胃肌本身电活动的效应和神经、体液机制的相关研究

结果表明针刺对胃肠运动的双向调节作用

是在神经、内分泌、免疫各方面因素的多层次、多方面相对拮抗

相互协调

达到一种相对协同的良性调节

最终使胃肠功能恢复正常。同时

实验的具体条件并未经过严格的控制、干预的方法也不一致、观察的指标亦不统一

结论的科学性、规律性、具体性欠缺。提出下一步应该从明确单穴是否具有双向调节作用、单穴在组穴效应中的效应方向及量的变化、针灸双向调节效应与药物双向调节效应及其过程的区别3个方面展开研究。
