摘要

目的:评价常规针刺治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:73例膝关节骨性关节炎患者

针刺穴取梁丘、犊鼻、足三里、阳陵泉、阴陵泉等

给予4周的常规手针治疗(每周至少治疗3次

最多5次)

治疗结束后4周随访。采用西安大略麦马斯特大学骨性关节炎指数(WesternOntario and McMaster Universities osteoarthritis index

WOMAC)和疼痛视觉评分表(visualanalogue scale

VAS)评价患者疗效。结果:73例患者中

49例患者完成试验

脱失患者资料进入最终数据分析。治疗4周后和随访时患者VAS评分和WOMAC各项评分均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.001

P<0.05)。结论:常规针刺治疗能显著改善膝关节骨性关节炎患者关节疼痛程度和关节功能

随访4周针刺疗效仍持续存在。
