摘要

《内经》实有补泻和对症两类刺法

后人论述独重补泻。现对此进行分析

并阐述两类刺法的关系、补泻刺法的量化、"补泻"的理解与术式掌握以及相关术语等问题

在分析源头文献基础上

结合临床实际

进行思辨性探讨。认为需纠正刺法以补泻为中心的认识

重视对症刺法的实际价值;正视补泻刺法中事实存在的相异相反理法

并予科学探究;刺法的概念解释与原理分析要考虑其语境和立意观念

刺法量化等研究需综合考虑病情与体质等因素。
