摘要

通过计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)等2003年1月至2011年12月全部医学期刊

对所获40篇文献的研究方法、具体操作及结论进行分析。结果表明在临床研究上

针灸主要应用于人流和药流的辅助治疗:在人流中主要表现为镇痛、减轻人流综合征及扩张宫颈方面;在药流中主要表现为提高完全流产率、加速排囊、减轻不良反应及对术后出血情况的影响方面。机制研究上

从神经-内分泌激素角度一定程度上揭示了针灸对子宫组织的影响。表明针灸在人流、药流术中的作用已得到较多临床试验证实

但对其机制的揭示相当有限。下一阶段研究应着眼于改进临床研究方法

规范针灸操作过程

优化刺激参数

重视阐明针灸抗早孕的作用机制

从而提高针灸抗早孕的疗效和科学性。
