摘要

目的:验证头、体针联合应用分期治疗对脑卒中患者下肢功能恢复的疗效。方法:96例患者随机分为观察组和对照组

每组48例。两组均接受常规药物、康复治疗

观察组采用头、体针联合应用分期针刺

软瘫期穴取伏兔、血海、足三里等

痉挛期穴取环跳、血海、阳陵泉等

配合头针取病灶侧顶颞前斜线(即运动区);对照组不分期选穴、不用头针

按照"醒脑开窍"针刺法和"治痿独取阳明"针刺治疗

均连续治疗8周。采用改良的Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分法(FMA)及Bar-thel指数(BI)对两组患者治疗前后的下肢运动功能及日常活动能力进行评定。结果:两组患者治疗后FMA、BI评分均有明显提高(均P<0.05)

且治疗后观察组的FMA、BI评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05);治疗8周后观察组能步行的比率高于对照组[56.3%(27/48)vs 35.4%(17/48)

P<0.05]

且步速快于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:头、体针联合应用分期治疗脑卒中可明显改善患者的下肢运动功能和日常生活能力

尽快恢复患者步行能力和步速

且优于常规针刺。
