摘要

目的:形象观察环跳穴的解剖结构和逼真模拟针刺过程

探讨穴位进针的安全性

提高临床针刺疗效。方法:在VOXEL-MAN平台中结合腧穴解剖学知识

利用计算机图形图像学技术对环跳穴相关肌肉组织进行交互式分割

对神经血管以数学建模的方式进行重建;以运行脚本的方式来获取环跳穴的三维进针动画。结果:完成环跳穴下解剖结构三维可视化

实现环跳穴在可视人体中的定位与表达

逼真模拟环跳穴的三维虚拟针刺过程

获得环跳穴的三维进针动画。结论:有助于立体显示环跳穴的解剖结构和逼真模拟针刺过程

有助于系统地观察到环跳穴周围各组织的空间位置关系

为探讨穴位进针的安全性、提高临床针刺疗效奠定较好的基础。
