摘要

食管癌主要是来自食管黏膜鳞状上皮细胞的恶性肿瘤

是威胁人类生命的恶性肿瘤之一。放射疗法因其损伤小、效果好而成为一种重要治疗手段

但在治疗后也产生了一些不良反应。局部皮肤纤维化就是其不良反应之一

主要表现为颈背部色素沉着、皮肤硬紧、疼痛

甚至局部活动受限

给患者带来了极大的痛苦。目前

对于放疗后皮肤纤维化尚无特
