摘要

目的:观察新砭石疗法治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:运用新砭石疗法治疗偏头痛患者80例

使用鱼形多功能砭板采用推、刮、擦、点揉等手法在患者头颈背部局部及腧穴(百会、率谷、风池等)施术

在治疗前后观察头痛强度及临床疗效。结果:患者治疗前疼痛评分为8.31±0.61

治疗后为3.90±0.82

治疗后疼痛强度较治疗前减轻(P<0.01);实证(肝阳上亢型、瘀血阻络型)患者总有效率为100.0%(40/40)

优于虚证(肾阴不足型、气血虚弱型)患者的87.5%(35/40)(P<0.05)。结论:新砭石疗法治疗偏头痛具有较理想的临床疗效。
