摘要

目的:验证电针麻醉在妇科门诊手术中运用的可行性。方法:将200例患者分为电针镇痛组、静脉麻醉组各100例

手术类型包括人工流产术、诊刮术、取环术。电针镇痛组电针双侧合谷、内关穴

患者在清醒状态下行常规妇科门诊手术;静脉麻醉组静脉注射芬太尼及丙泊酚后行常规妇科门诊手术。结果:电针镇痛组镇痛优良率88.0%(88/100)、镇痛有效率100.0%(100/100)

静脉麻醉组分别为94.0%(94/100)、100.0%(100/100)

组间差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);电针镇痛组无不良反应发生

静脉麻醉组有11例发生不良反应。结论:电针镇痛用于妇科门诊手术镇痛效果确切

无不良反应

且操作简单、安全。
