摘要

笔者长期从事针灸临床及教学

对艾灸施治的若干细节问题有一点体会

介绍如下。1关于艾灸的补泻1.1艾灸补泻的基本法则《灵枢·背腧》云:"以火补者

毋吹其火

须自灭也;以火泻者

疾吹其火

传其艾

须其火灭也。"即以艾灸行补法时

不要吹火

使之自然熄灭

便于火力缓缓深入

是为补;泻法时

火燃后不断吹火

速使艾火燃尽

则为泻。笔者体会到操作中的关键在于艾
