摘要

目的:客观评价耳穴综合疗法治疗无先兆型偏头痛的疗效。方法:将3个中心共90例无先兆型偏头痛患者作为治疗观察对象。每个中心30例均采用耳穴综合疗法

包括两侧耳背静脉放血

自体血穴位注射风池、阳陵泉

点刺耳穴颞、枕、胰胆、神门、交感、皮质下、内分泌

7～10天治疗1次

连续治疗3次为一疗程。结果:3个中心患者1个疗程结束后头痛积分较治疗前均明显降低(均P<0.05)

3个中心之间比较差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。3个中心的临床总有效率分别为93.3%(28/30)、90.0%(27/30)和93.3%(28/30)

经比较3个中心疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:耳穴综合疗法治疗无先兆型偏头痛能明显降低患者的头痛积分

缓解偏头痛临床症状

是治疗无先兆型偏头痛的一种简单有效的方法。
