摘要

分析艾灸作用的基本原理及其规律

可以发现艾灸作用于人体腧穴

温热刺激是其最基本、最主要的特性;艾灸温热刺激所引起的多种临床效应

可以概括为两个方面:①温通:产生调和气血、宣通经络效应的以温促通作用;②温补:产生扶阳补气、阳生阴长效应的以温达补作用

两者作用密切相关

互有影响。艾灸温通、温补的作用原理

有别于方药的本草学原理

具有独特的内涵。
