摘要

通过整理近期文献中卒中后吞咽困难针刺治疗的时机

认为针灸与康复训练相结合治疗应该是目前卒中后吞咽障碍患者治疗的最佳方案。其中

针刺疗法介入的时机是影响卒中后吞咽障碍针灸疗效的一个重要因素。把握好针灸治疗的介入时机

对患者吞咽功能及与吞咽障碍相伴随的构音功能的恢复有着至关重要的意义。
