摘要

目的:探讨自血疗法治疗变应性鼻炎的临床效应及作用机制。方法:将45例患者随机分为自血组(24例)和西药组(21例)。自血组选取双侧定喘、风门、肺俞、曲池、足三里等穴

采用自血穴位注射治疗;西药组采用氯雷他定片治疗。两组患者均连续治疗3个月后

采用临床症状评分评定其临床疗效

并采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测治疗前后患者血清干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、白介素12(IL-12)含量的变化。结果:自血组总有效率为83.3%(20/24)

明显优于西药组的66.7%(14/21

P<0.05);两组患者治疗后临床症状评分均有所降低

自血组喷嚏、流清涕症状评分较西药组改善更显著(均P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后血清IL-12含量较治疗前均有不同程度增加(均P<0.05);自血组治疗后血清IFN-γ也有所增加(P<0.05)

而西药组治疗后血清IFN-γ含量增加不明显(P>0.05)

以上两项含量自血组较西药组升高明显(均P<0.05)。结论:自血穴位注射能显著改善变应性鼻炎患者临床症状

疗效优于口服氯雷他定

其机制可能与增加血清IL-12含量、促进IFN-γ合成有关。
