摘要

目的:比较耳穴辨证贴压与耳穴常规贴压治疗老年习惯性便秘的疗效差异。方法:将200例患者随机分为耳穴辨证组和耳穴常规组

每组100例。耳穴辨证组穴取脑干、枕、皮质下、大肠、三焦、腹、内分泌、便秘点为主穴

并随证配穴

胃肠积热加胃、小肠穴

肺气郁闭加肺穴

脾肾两虚加脾、肾穴;耳穴常规组穴取大肠、直肠、交感、皮质下。两组均每日自行按压4次

3～4日更换1次

两耳交替

8次为一疗程

共治疗2个疗程。观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后生活质量评分的变化。结果:耳穴辨证组有效率为92.0%(92/100)

优于耳穴常规组的76.0%(76/100

P<0.05);两组患者治疗后生活质量评分较治疗前均有不同程度降低(均P<0.05)

耳穴辨证组治疗后较耳穴常规组降低更明显(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴辨证贴压治疗老年习惯性便秘安全有效

优于耳穴常规贴压治疗。
