摘要

失眠是指以失眠为主的睡眠质量不满意的症状

可引起患者焦虑、抑郁或恐惧

并导致精神活动效率下降

严重影响工作效率和生活质量

加重和诱发躯体的其他疾病。根据世界卫生组织最近一项中国区睡眠调查结果显示

中国存在失眠的人群高达2.5%

且有上升趋势。笔者采用陕西头皮针治疗原发性失眠24例

现报道如下。
