摘要

目的:观察刮痧疗法治疗围绝经期综合征的临床疗效。方法:采用刮痧疗法治疗20例围绝经期综合征女性患者

刮拭督脉和足太阳膀胱经背部循行部位

重点刮拭五脏背俞穴及阿是穴。采用改良Kupperman评分法

观察患者治疗前后临床症状的变化

进行疗效评价。结果:20例患者

痊愈3例

显效6例

有效9例

无效2例

总有效率为90.0%。Kupperman总评分治疗后(10.4±7.5)较治疗前(25.0±5.3)明显降低(P<0.001)

其中以潮热汗出、失眠、乏力、感觉异常、焦虑/易激动、性欲减退、泌尿系感染、耳鸣、眩晕、记忆力减退、头痛症状改善显著(P<0.001

P<0.05)。结论:刮痧疗法治疗围绝经期综合征有较好的疗效

可明显改善临床症状。
