摘要

探讨针灸是否能通过增强疫苗的免疫效应

而成为一种新型的疫苗佐剂及可能的效应机制。首先

文献表明针灸是预防传染性疾病的重要方法;其次

针灸增强机体单核-吞噬细胞系统功能、刺激淋巴细胞增殖分化的作用与佐剂提高疫苗免疫效应的机制相似;再次

实验研究为针灸的佐剂效应提供了佐证;最后提出假说

针灸很可能是通过激活内源性佐剂物质(热休克蛋白)而增强疫苗的免疫效应

发挥佐剂的作用。
