摘要

平刺针刀是一种新型针刀器械

具有独特的似"Z"字造型

可以进行平面操作(普通针刀多为纵向操作)

尤其适合松解筋膜炎范围比较大的平面粘连。笔者采用平刺针刀治疗背肌筋膜炎32例

现总结如下。1临床资料选择2010年5月至2011年11月共32例背肌筋膜炎患者

均为本科门诊患者

其中男12例

女20例;年龄27～62岁;病程2个月～6年。诊断标
