摘要

现行规划教材《针灸学》认为针感、气至与得气含义相同

笔者认为不甚妥当

故引用《内经》和古今知名注家的注释、论述及研究认识

对其含义进行思辩。针感是医者及患者的主观感受及自觉反应;气至是调动机体正气祛邪外出

使患病机体趋愈达到治疗效果;得气是针灸治疗的最终目的。针感、气至与得气并不是同一概念

明确其概念能更好地指导针刺治疗。
