摘要

目的:比较耳穴臀点定向透刺电针法与耳穴贴压法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效差异。方法:将61例患者随机分为耳穴电针组(31例)、耳穴贴压组(30例)。耳穴电针组采用电针耳穴臀(定向透刺腰骶椎、坐骨神经)、皮质下

耳穴贴压肾、神门;耳穴贴压组取穴同耳穴电针组

均采用耳穴贴压法。观察两组治疗前后疼痛程度评分(VAS)

并比较两组疗效。结果:治疗后两组患者VAS评分均显著降低(均P<0.01)

且耳穴电针组对疼痛的改善程度优于耳穴贴压组(P<0.05);耳穴电针组愈显率为61.3%(19/31)

总有效率为90.3%(28/31)

均优于耳穴贴压组的30.0%(9/30)、63.3%(19/30

均P<0.05)。结论:耳穴臀点定向透刺电针法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效优于耳穴贴压法。
