摘要

探讨针感和针灸治疗疗效间的关系。针感是决定针刺疗效的关键

在治疗中有很多影响针感的因素

包括分经得气、选择合适的刺激强度、针刺深度、留针时间和出针方式。特别是治疗周围神经系统和运动系统疾病时

有选择性地让针感或强或弱传导至病变部位

以"气至病所"

往往取得良效。医者在治疗中应该因患者体质、病情、病程和所处时期

在试探中找出适合该病人该时段的针感

从而更好地治疗疾病。
