摘要

目的:比较传统艾灸疗法和DAJ-4多功能艾灸仪艾灸的热力学特性和艾灸后热效应。方法:选择3名健康人

重复3次用传统和艾灸仪两种灸法分别在内关穴、足三里穴位施灸

用红外成像设备每隔5min拍摄艾灸前后不同时点人体热像图

测量灸点局部温度和远端肢体穴位(劳宫、阴陵泉)温度。结果:传统灸法艾灸15 min

灸点产生烧灼感

最高温度达(41.43±0.13)℃

艾灸仪艾灸15min时灸点最高温度为(36.97±0.13)℃。远端肢体艾灸前后温度比较

传统灸法灸后20min远端温度较灸前有所下降

多功能艾灸仪灸后20min远端温度仍保持在一定高度。结论:多功能灸疗仪远端升温效果优于传统艾灸

且持续时间较长。
