摘要

目的:借助"天人合一""取类比象"的思维方法

重新认识中医基础理论包括针灸理论产生的渊源及其内涵

努力从对"象"的认知过程中寻找中医理论研究的突破点

使其有所创新和发展。方法:从"象思维"的角度

结合现代解剖学对经络、腧穴理论以及针刺手法等进行分析、阐述。结果:通过分析、对比

认为"象思维"与经络的发现有着密切的联系

"象思维"与十二经脉(脏腑)表里关系的建立有一定关联

用"象思维"可以阐释腧穴的主治原理

"象思维"对针刺手法的操作有一定的指导作用。结论:"象思维"在中医针灸的起源、形成和发展中起到了重要的作用

而且"取类比象"的思维方法贯穿于中医学的方方面面

对于中医理论包括针灸理论的研究和应用有着重要的指导意义。
