新产后小腹部发生阵发性疼痛

且哺乳时疼痛加重称为产后宫缩痛

可伴有大量汗出

夜间尤甚

或食欲不振、睡眠不佳

甚至恶心呕吐、大便干结、乳汁少、恶露色暗有块等症状
