摘要

目的:观察飞针干预治疗睡眠障碍的临床疗效

比较飞针针刺与舒乐安定药物治疗及非穴位针刺的疗效差异。方法:将315例睡眠障碍患者随机分为飞针针刺组(110例)、舒乐安定组(107例)和非穴位针刺组(98例)

飞针针刺组采用飞针针刺三阴交、安眠、神门等穴

口服维生素B1和背俞穴埋皮内针治疗;舒乐安定组予口服舒乐安定

非穴位针刺和背俞穴穴位贴压治疗;非穴位针刺组给予非穴位针刺、口服维生素B1和背俞穴穴位贴压治疗

均治疗2周

治疗后2周随访

观察疗效和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)变化情况。结果:飞针针刺组总有效率为84.1%(90/107)

优于舒乐安定组的59.7%(62/104)和非穴位针刺组的25.0%(24/96)(均P<0.05)。各组随访时PSQI各项评分及总评分均较治疗前明显降低(均P<0.05)

飞针针刺组随访时PSQI各项评分及总评分较其他两组降低更明显(均P<0.05)。结论:飞针针刺为主治疗能有效改善睡眠障碍患者睡眠质量

其疗效明显优于舒乐安定和非穴位针刺。
