摘要

目的:比较针刺内关、太冲穴与常规局部取穴治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效差异。方法:将44例患者随机分为内关太冲组(20例)和常规组(24例)。内关太冲组针刺健侧内关及患侧太冲穴

若两侧同时患病则取双侧穴位;常规组针刺患侧阳陵泉、阴陵泉、内膝眼、犊鼻、足三里等。运用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)和西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)于治疗前、治疗后评估治疗效果。结果:两组治疗后VAS评分及WOMAC疼痛、僵直和功能障碍各项评分均明显低于治疗前(均P<0.001);内关太冲组治疗后VAS评分较常规组下降更明显(P<0.05)

两组治疗后WOMAC各项评分差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:针刺内关、太冲穴治疗膝骨性关节炎与常规局部取穴治疗疗效相当

但前者取穴更精简、更便捷。
