摘要

目的:探讨针刺四缝穴对小儿厌食症血清中食欲调节因子水平的动态变化及临床疗效。方法:选取3～6岁符合诊断标准的患儿80例

随机分为针刺组与儿康宁组各40例

另设健康对照组30例。针刺组采用三棱针点刺四缝穴

刺后挤出少许淡黄色或透明黏液

或者少许血液

每周治疗1次

治疗4周;儿康宁组给予儿康宁糖浆

每天3次

治疗4周。观察各组治疗前后血清促人生长激素腺释放肽(Ghrelin)、瘦素(Leptin)、神经肽Y(NPY)变化情况及临床疗效。结果:针刺组与儿康宁组治疗前Ghrelin、NPY明显低于健康对照组(均P<0.01)

而Leptin明显高于健康对照组(P<0.01);治疗后针刺组Ghrelin、NPY明显高于治疗前(均P<0.01)

Leptin较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01);针刺组以上指标治疗后较儿康宁组改善更明显(均P<0.01)。针刺组与儿康宁组显效率分别是82.5%(33/40)和32.5%(13/40)

总有效率分别是95.0%(38/40)与45.0%(18/40)

针刺组均优于儿康宁组(均P<0.01)。结论:针刺四缝穴能有效促进Ghrelin、NPY的分泌

抑制Leptin产生

有效改善患儿的食欲状况

疗效优于儿康宁糖浆。
