摘要

目的:比较火针联合窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)与单纯NB-UVB治疗白癜风的临床疗效差异。方法:将93例患者随机分为观察组(48例)、对照组(45例)。观察组给予火针联合NB-UVB照射局部

火针点刺阿是穴(皮损局部)及足三里;对照组单用NB-UVB照射局部

治疗12周后判断疗效。结果:观察组愈显率为79.2%(38/48)

优于对照组的48.9%(22/45

P<0.05)。结论:火针联合NB-UVB治疗白癜风较单纯运用NB-UVB疗效显著。
