摘要

目的:探寻躯干腹、背侧T1—T12同一神经节段十四经穴主治功效的规律。方法:查阅林昭庚《新针灸大成》及沈雪勇《经络腧穴学》所记载的位于T1—T12支配区内的十四经穴的主治功效

分别将皮区和肌层位于同一神经节段的十四经穴的主治功效进行分类统计。结果:躯干部穴位在皮区和肌层主治上具有明显的神经节段性规律

相邻节段的穴位主治相近

并与其相关脏腑有着密切的关系。结论:腧穴的主治功效是由支配其相关脏腑神经节段的空间决定的。本文从神经结构方面证实了经穴的主治功效以神经节段为中心

实现经穴对脏腑功能的调节作用

即对与经穴处于同一或相邻神经节段的脏腑病变

有良好的调节作用。
