摘要

目的:探讨长期艾烟干预对细胞免疫的影响。方法:32只Wistar大鼠随机分为空白组、低浓度组、中浓度组和高浓度组

每组8只。除空白组外

其余各组每日在相应浓度的艾烟环境中暴露20min

6个月后用流式细胞仪检测各组大鼠外周血中的T淋巴细胞亚群及CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞(CD4+CD25+Treg)占CD4+细胞的比例。结果:与空白组相比

艾烟干预各组CD3+CD4+、CD3+CD8+T细胞比例及CD3+CD4+/CD3+CD8+比值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)

但CD4+CD25+Treg占CD4+细胞的比例均显著降低(P<0.05)

各项指标在艾烟干预各组间均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:长期艾烟干预对CD3+CD4+、CD3+CD8+T细胞及CD3+CD4+/CD3+CD8+无影响

但可下调大鼠外周血中CD4+CD25+Treg在CD4+T细胞中的比例

艾烟预处理可能通过该途径发挥对机体的免疫调节作用。
