摘要

笔者于2009年10月至2012年4月运用指压蠡沟穴联合运动疗法治疗腰痛

现报道如下。1临床资料全部55例均为沈阳军区总医院门诊病例

其中男31例

女24例;年龄22～60岁

平均(39±11)岁;病程2天～3年

平均(4.3±7.6)个月;急性腰扭伤20例

腰椎间盘突出症17例

棘上韧带损伤8例

第3腰椎横突综合征7例

慢性腰肌劳损3例。
